"Avoid this agency if you are looking for an insurance agency that treats you respectfully. Due to my employer I needed my insurance card to be issued in my name. When my husband received the temporary card it was issued in only his name. I called the office and left a message to try to get this fixed on a Friday, the day we received the cards. I called the after hours number on both Saturday and Sunday and they had no record of my policy. I called the office again on Monday. Heard nothing back. Finally, my husband calls and gets through. Turns out he didn't call the office he called Shelly's personal phone. After not getting the issue resolved I asked Shelly for her managers email. She didn't respond right away. I then noticed that she was texting my husband, again using her personal phone number. She sent him a text saying I wanted her managers email and if I was to communicate with her manager she would be fired. I let her know that at this point I would be moving my policy. She again texted my husband on her personal phone letting him know and said "Don't repeat this, I don't want to get in more trouble with her". Later, I am realizing something with one of our houses policy wasn't sitting right with me. I again reach out Shelly to ask questions. I tell her that I still want to talk to her manager. The answer i received evaded answering my question and seemed shady. She then texts my husband again saying " Is there any way to stop her? I am definitely going around the rules with the WA house." All the while I am a customer with a policy at this agency. I start googling to find how to communicate with Timm. I wasn't never given his contact information from Shelly. I am now in the process of moving my insurance away from this agency. Timm keeps apologizing and telling why he thinks I am getting a great rate. Honest customer service outweighs the savings. I do not want to find out what I would have to go through if I had to make a claim with Shelly."

"Excellent service and follow through. Very pleased with the experience and highly recommend this agency. Updated: revising my review due to the fact it has now taken over two months to straighten out errors on our policy. Although this location has been trying to work with their underwriting department to fix the errors the amount of time taken has been completely unacceptable. Updated 04/23/2025 - This agency was completely derelict in their handling of our policy. Not only did it take 4 months to finally get resolution on our auto insurance, we were then told that our premium went up from $395 per month to over $700 per month. This agency dropped the ball and left us hanging now in need of insurance and undoubtably will pay more then what we originally planned. In addition, my wife was just pulled over today as the cop had run our plates and it showed that DMV had no record of our insurance and that we have been cancelled back in December. Save yourself some frustration and stay away from State Farm and this agency. This has been 4 months of absolute H**L. No accountability and no responsibility."
